The breakfast with great fresh squeezed juice and option of Greek coffee, as for instance is savoury and rich for what is offered. It has perfect location, not far from the Palace of Knossos, buses and ferry timetables, and Ktel terminal. There's Mavro Provato located a short walk to the hotel, recommend to try food there.

It was a modern place to stay in Heraklion. Absolutely friendly staff team with late check-out, the rooms were compact. A port close to the property was really handy.

We were given a compact and tidy room with seaview, a view of the port and balcony. Near a bus station, the location was handy and magnificent, in the central square.

This is an excellent hotel, providing very comfortable accommodations in a perfect location for arriving on the island of Crete via ferry and visiting Heraklion and the Knossos Palace. The staff were were very kind and helpful and the buffet breakfast on the roof of the hotel with a view of the old port was priceless. Many rooms also have a view of the port.

The location of the hotel is great as it offers good restaurants, the ferry terminal and the local bus station within easy walking distance. Since we used all of these during our stay, this was very convenient. The rooftop restaurant is great at breakfast time with a view over the port and the private balcony a nice to have. Local sights and activities were also easy to reach on foot. For the purpose of our short visit to Heraklion, this hotel provided all what we needed at good value for money.
